Early morning of December 27, 2011, Paul Hinlo and our good friends from DFA Manila, DLSZ, DLSU CSB and the Land Rover Club of the Philippines sent out the 2 container vans to Mindanao as part of the relief efforts for victims of Typhoon Sendong.
In his Facebook page, batchmate Paul Hinlo writes:
Early this morning DFA Manila, DLSZ, LSGH, DLSU CSB and the Land Rover Club of the Phil. delivered relief goods to Pier 12, Port of Manila. With the help of Ms. Cassandra of DFA, we were able to get not 1 but 2 container vans 1 20ft and 1 10ft container to fill up with relief goods. This shipment will arrive in CDO on Sat and will be delivered to the needed areas in CDO and Iligan. Thanks to the following who help made this happen: Ms. Cassandra of DFA, Abigail Yamson and friends, The Learning Child School AAV, Joey Zaballero, Joey David, Tito Arbatin, Bernie Paquing, Edward Guinto, Ton Francisco, Vangie De Peralta, Jayjay DLSZ and Ver of LSGH.
